Consecration of Bishops
The Consecration of Bishops was announced for July 1 by Rev. Fr. Davide Pagliarani, Superior General of the SSPX. Below are links to information about the upcoming consecrations. Pryer Crusade for the Consecration of Bishops
The SSPX US District Superior has launched a prayer crusade preceding the episcopal consecrations, accompanied by a letter of instruction. The letter and prayer can be found here.
Reconquista
Reconquista is a men’s Lenten program used in various forms by some SSPX chapels. It is a crusade for self-mastery and strengthening of the will (a reconquering of oneself). There are three pillars for this program (Prayer, Asceticism, Fraternity/Accountability). They are not ends in themselves. Rather, they are means to an end: tools to enable the participants to achieve the freedom of the sons of God, with His grace, so as to freely serve God.
